Our client, in Pontiac IL, is seeking experienced Line Leaders to join their team! Job Title:
Line Lead Location:
Pontiac, IL Pay Rate $17.
00 What's the Job? Oversee a specific production line or assembly line.
Ensure production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and workers are following safety protocols.
Coordinate with other departments and report to higher-level managers.
What's Needed? Past supervisory skills required.
Leadership skills.
Motivating workers on their lines to meet production needs.
Taking care of problems on the line and get help if needed to correct issues.
Complete all paperwork and make sure it is done correctly and neatly.
Must be organized and be able to keep track of inventory on the line.
