JobDescriptionWe are looking for a quality engineer who will be responsible for research and test the design, functionality and maintenance of products, equipment, systems, and processes and develop quality control systems, and determine corrective actions and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards, as well as at least 3-5 years of experience in the domain.
A bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical engineering is required.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control systems.
Performing lab tests to validate components from a performance and durability (product quality) perspectiveDeveloping automated testingExperience in calibration, testing, analysis and optimization to achieve engine vehicle performance.
Performing inspections and failure analysis of test unitsCommunicating results and conclusionsDocumenting test results in technical reportsDeveloping, executing and documenting test plans.
Monitor and analyze quality performance.
Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
Develop and improve quality practices in the processes as daily coaching, tracking CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) projects & Scorecard.
Conduct internal quality audits periodically and maintain required documentation.
Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality.
Establish quality goals and track progress towards them.
Perform Root Cause Corrective Action and documentRequired Skills:
Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
Team player and detail oriented.
Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
3 years on quality engineer experience and root cause corrective action.
Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD)Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, Industrial engineering is required.
3-5 years of experience required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
